1979 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL Offered for sale is one of the most solid and desirable SL models produced by Mercedes-Benz, a 1979 450 SL in perfect Guards Red with Tan Leather interior. This clean W107 roadster is in remarkably good overall condition and runs and drives very well. It has been perfectly maintained by one original owner, and has a long history of professional maintenence at our service facility. It was used as a "condo car" by affluent northern residents, and the very low mileage is real, accurate, and evident in the look and feel of the car. The exterior is in excellent condition, with a newly perfect finish and excellent chrome and trim. The interior is clean and nice all around, with clean seats and trim and panels in very nice condition. The dash is clean with no sun cracking, and the carpet is nice and fresh-looking from front to back. The wood trim is very nice overall, with no obvious flaws anywhere. The equipment all works well, including the power windows, power central locking, AM/FM radio, air conditioning, and instrument cluster. If you are looking for a remarkably clean and fairly low mileage SL Roadster, this would make an excellent choice. It is solid where it counts, drives very well, and will only appreciate in value.
